Akshay Kumar & his Cast came for ‘the Shaukeens’ Film

New Delhi: Akshay Kumar & his cast came for his upcoming movie ‘The Shaukeens’ Press Conference at Imperial Hotel (near Janpath). Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher, Annu Kapoor, Piyush Sharma & director of the film Abhishek Sharma addressed the press conference.
This movie is remake of “the Shaukeens” 1982.Its a Hindi Comedy genre based film directed by Abhishek Sharma. The film features Anupam Kher, Annu Kapoor, Piyush Sharma along with Lisa Haydon.
The Film is going to be released on 7th November. Apart from the actions, thriller, Akshay’s fans are waiting for a different mood. Here various artists confronted each other. Also the popular singer Yo Yo Honey Sigh (Alcoholic & Manali Trance) has been signed to sing for this film.
Akshay Kumar shared his view on comedy type movies “In India, actors who performs the role of a comedian are not appreciated that much as it deserves. See, in Foreign Comedian actors are honored with National Awards and are loved by audience.”
“Here, in our industry the actor who gets ‘Best Romantic Award is called as Best actor’ of the movie but comedian actor gets only a ‘Best comedian Award’ he is not considered as ‘Best Actor’. This is somehow is really disappointing. Making laugh other is not an easy job, it’s really a tough job & yes we hope that our audience will love ‘the Shaukeens’ movie.
Anupam Kher told the media that there are five actors who are from NSD (National School of Drama) “I, Annu Kapoor, Piyush Sharma, and two other actors who are not present here are from NSD”.
Lisa Haydon was supposed to come but due to her bad health she didn’t come. “Actually, Lisa is ill; she has dengue that is why she could not come here to attend this press conference.” – Akshay told.
Piyush Sharma told the media about their movie ‘the Shaukeens’.
“People can watch ‘the Shaukeens’ Film with their families, there is no Sex jokes in the movie, it is a free from vulgar type of things, and you can enjoy our Film with friends, families & relatives” – Piyush Sharma said.
